Start with 8oz. of hand pattied beef, add lettuce and tomato, all on our house-baked bun. Then choose your favorite toppings. Choose from: pimiento cheese, fried egg, bacon, chili, American cheese, coleslaw, diced onions, pulled pork, green chile salsa, jack cheese, sharp cheddar, “sloppy sauce”, smokehouse ham, or just about anything you can come up with.
Local fish either grilled or cajun seared on our house-baked bun with lettuce, tomato, and citrus tartar sauce.

Caribbean jerk grilled chicken, bacon, jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, & citrus mayo all wrapped up in a flour tortilla.
Hand sliced smokehouse ham, pimiento cheese, American & jack cheeses on thick-cut bread, then grilled.
Diced rib-eye steak sautéed with peppers and onions in our house steak sauce, then smothered with cheddar and jack cheeses. Served on new Orleans French bread.
